We’ve been one of the premier community leadership development organizations for 40 years, now made stronger through our partnership with University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
Our mission is to build a thriving community through leadership and service: Engage. Enrich. Empower. Connect.
We provide community leadership programs for executive professionals. We have more than 2,500 graduates who, as community trustees, work to make the Pikes Peak region a wonderful place to live, work, and play.
